We’re Lisbeth and Cherie — late-diagnosed autistic women with ADHD, somewhere between our mid-30s and (let’s be real) knocking on the door of 40. Between us, we’ve got a lively bunch of kids and two wonderful partners.

We dive into family life, relationships, and friendships — with our funny, quirky, creative, loving, overthinking brains. We try to keep dancing even when life gets tough.
